Spent hours in there and the entire time the hospitality was extremely impressive.
Took me a while to get insurance for the vehicle, and they patiently waited and even filled the vehicle up with Gas .

I have been to a lot of dealerships during my car search journey but I stumbled against IAD auto in beltsville and they have one of the best and kindest employees ever! I was treated really good by the sales specialist Carlos and the manager Damien and I left the shop very satisfied and I will be recommending people here 100% just because of how professional they are and the service they deliver!!!

I really tried 0 stars. Worst place to purchase a vehicle. I purchased a vehicle a month ago I’ve yet be able to experience since. It’s been to their service department 3 x. Still there now. They wouldn’t even give me a loaner, and the problem is on their part. I’m paying for Lyft rides. They made having a car uneasy. Totally ripped off. I’ve asked to speak with a GM and that was a week ago. Haven’t heard from anybody.

I bought a 2019 Dodge Ram from them in August since ive bought it it has been in and out of there shop and after there 1000 mile warranty the check engine light came on i call them for help and the hispanic lady said my warranty is up eventhough ive bern telling them since day 1 something was wrong so i took it to a mechanic and the code said its misfiring so 1100 dollars later its fixed mind you i was told it has new tune up well the spark plugs was fouled out
